Verdure Cascade, left

Verdure Cascade is a fine wool and cotton French wallhanging tapestry - the left half of a pair of verdure landscapes of the 17th to 18th centuries style. In the foreground we see part of a small river with flowers and foliage. In the background a distant French town lost in the haze.

It matches the right side of this pair of tapestries, both being from the full square Verdure Cascade tapestry. This French tapestry is woven in a high quality 50% wiool and 50% cotton weave and it is lined with a tunnel for ease of hanging. We supply instructions about hanging tapestries with each order.
