The Soul of the Rose

The Soul of the Rose, also known as My Sweet Rose, was painted in 1908 by John William Waterhouse (1849 - 1917). It is now one of several of his paintings available as wall tapestries. Principally he is seen as a Pre-Raphaelite painter but he drew inspiration from many styles. This French tapestry is lined and has a rod pocket for easy hanging.
