Medieval Brussels tapestry
This superb version of the Medieval Brussels tapestry is woven in France. It features the Emperor Charles V on horseback in the centre overlooking Brussels. On the far left is his royal palace which burnt down in 1731. The original tapestry is in the Louvre, Paris.
This fine detailed French tapestry is lined with a rod pocket for easy wall-hanging. The smaller size is woven in 70% acrylic, 20% cotton and 10% wool and the larger size is woven in 60% acrylic, 30% viscose and 10% wool . Please note the large size tapestry is non-returnable as it is special ordered.
