Returns policy

At the Tapestry House we have a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept returns or exchanges for up to 30 days.

Returns procedure

If you need to return an item, please email us at returns@thetapestryhouse.com for a Return Merchandise Number (RMA) and return address details. Merchandise without an RMA cannot be processed.

Please provide the following information:

  1. Order number (this can be found on the emails we send as part of your order)
  2. Product name
  3. Your name and address

If possible, please email us using the same email address you used to purchase the item.

Important: If it is not possible to provide the above details, please email us at returns@thetapestryhouse.com for further instruction.

Important information

Please note the following:

  1. Please request an RMA number as soon as you decide to return an item.
  2. Returned products must be received within 30 days from the date you received your package.
  3. Refunds will be issued by bankers check within two weeks of receipt of your package. The original shipping cost will be deducted.
  4. For damaged goods please get in touch immediately upon receipt of the package for further instruction.
